Surprise! My first children’s book is officially published.
So excited to announce my book “An Apple A Day: Unraveling Online Myths for Kids” is now available on Amazon - get your copy today (ebook and print available).
I wrote this book as part of my platform for Miss Virginia USA - Healthy Habits: encouraging health literacy, accuracy, and advocacy. The story takes you on a colorful, fun, and informative adventure about the importance of differentiating fact from fiction. Through rhymes and visually engaging illustrations, readers are both entertained and educated.

With the rise of technology, social media, and artificial intelligence, children are becoming more exposed to online content and messaging. In an effort to prevent the spread of internet misinformation, especially medical misinformation, this book teaches children about seeking and speaking the truth.
As a member of WHO's FIDES, a network of health content creators focused on sharing accurate health information, I plan to donate a portion of the proceeds from this book to the World Health Organization to further our goals of helping the public make informed, evidence-based decisions about their health.
This process has truly been a labor of love and I am so grateful to my family and friends for their support. I hope you enjoy and feel free to share and leave a review!
